Escape Room

 Room 17 had lots of fun this week. We all participated in a growth mindset escape room. In pairs we completed different challenges to find all of the clues so that we could escape. We learnt that a growth mindset is the understanding and belief that our abilities and knowledge can grow over time. Some of the challenges were hard but we did not give up we gave it our best. We had such a great time!

Basketball

Room 17 has been having lots of fun over the last few weeks learning some new sport skills. We have learnt how to pass a ball in many different ways. We really enjoyed getting time to practice shooting the ball into the hoop. We are looking forward to using these skills we have learnt to play a mini basketball game. I wonder which team will win?
